Astra Fragrance Co. operates astrafragrance.in. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information you share with us.
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address and payment confirmation. Payment card details are processed directly by Razorpay — we never see or store them. We also collect anonymous analytics data to improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, ship products, send transactional emails, respond to support enquiries, and — only if you opt in — send occasional newsletters about new launches.
Who we share it with
We share order details only with our shipping partners (Delhivery, BlueDart) and Razorpay for payment processing. We never sell or rent your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart, and a minimal analytics cookie. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the cart will still work but won't persist between visits.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or have your account deleted at any time by emailing hello@astrafragrance.in. We respond within 7 business days.
