Acceptance
By using astrafragrance.in or buying a product from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products
We make every effort to display product colours, volumes and notes accurately, but actual appearance and scent perception may vary slightly. Fragrance experience is personal and subjective.
Pricing & availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time without notice.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we suspect to be fraudulent. In such cases, full refunds are issued immediately.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, logos, photographs, product descriptions, fragrance names — is the property of Astra Fragrance Co. and protected under Indian copyright law. No part may be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Astra is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. Please patch-test before regular use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
