Where we ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to know first.
Shipping fees
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat ₹99 across India.
Delivery timeline
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Delhi studio. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on PIN code. You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and select wallets.
Returns
Because fragrance is a personal product, we accept returns only on unopened, factory-sealed bottles within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@astrafragrance.in with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup at no cost. Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days of us receiving the product.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
Discovery & travel sets
Sets are non-returnable once opened. If sealed, the standard 7-day return policy applies.
